To permanently delete your Redis Cloud account and associated personal data (GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations), you must first remove all databases, subscriptions, users, and payment methods. Final erasure is completed through a Privacy Request Form.
Before You Begin
Make sure your account is fully cleared before submitting a privacy request:
Delete all databases and subscriptions and complete the full account cleanup steps in Delete a Redis Cloud Account (including users, API keys, and payment methods).
Only the Account Owner can submit a privacy deletion request for a Redis Cloud account using this process.
Clear unpaid balances in Billing & Payments.
If you only want to stop billing for one subscription (without deleting your account), see Cancel a Redis Cloud Subscription.
Step-by-Step: Submitting a Privacy Deletion Request
-
Go to the Privacy Request Form
Review the Redis Privacy Policy.
Open Privacy Request Form.
-
